Area of Focus

Students are introduced to the world of engineering and technology, focusing on its history, how we use it, and how it affects society. In the Carnival-Tycoon themed semester course, students will design their own concession stands, learn about pneumatic catapults, use catapults to design a carnival game, and design their own websites to keep as portfolios. Students will also investigate careers related to energy systems, electronics, manufacturing and engineering.
